Film it
Point your phone at your TV or monitor and record 10 to 30 seconds of a play. That's the whole workflow. Glare and all, the coach can read it.
Use a saved clip
Send the clip to your phone with the PlayStation App on PS5, the Xbox app on Xbox, or the Switch's QR share, then upload it straight from your gallery.
Straight from PC
Drop any screen recording, or go frame-exact with the .replay file from Documents → My Games → Rocket League → Demos.

Straight answers
Do I need the PC replay file?
No. Every other Rocket League replay analyzer needs the .replay file, which consoles cannot export. MMR.coach reads a video, so filming your TV with your phone works, and so does a clip saved from the PS5, Xbox or Switch share features. If you are on PC and have the .replay file, you can drop that instead for more exact stats.
How long does a clip need to be?
Ten to thirty seconds of real gameplay is enough. You do not need a full match. Record the part you want reviewed.
What do I actually get back?
An estimated rank, plus the three habits costing you the most MMR, each with the moment in your footage it happened, why it caps your rank, and one drill to fix it. Then you can ask the coach follow-up questions about that specific game.
Is it free?
The first 3 analyses are free with no card and no account. After that it is $9 a month, $27 a year, or $99 once for lifetime access.
Do I have to make an account?
No. There is no signup, no password and nothing to install. You drop a clip and get a report.
Why you're stuck
Why you're hardstuck
You can hit the shots in freeplay and still lose. The thing capping your rank is usually boring, and you cannot see it while you're playing.
