Why this is different for you
PC has no shortage of stats. What it is short on is someone turning them into a plan. Your scoreboard already shows whether you take shots and rarely score, or score plenty but never set anyone up. A report reads those numbers and the goal timeline from your replay, names the habit most likely behind them, and gives you one drill for it. For positioning and rotation, drop a screen recording instead: the coach reads those from the footage.

Straight answers
Where is my .replay file?
Documents, then My Games, then Rocket League, then TAGame, then Demos. Files are named by date, so the most recent one is usually the match you just played.
Can you sync my matches automatically?
No. Uploading the .replay file works today and takes a few seconds. Ballchasing is the only place Rocket League replays exist online, since neither Steam nor Epic exposes them, and BakkesMod's auto-upload to Ballchasing stopped working for online matches when Rocket League added Easy Anti-Cheat. So dropping the file directly is the way, and we will not promise a sync we cannot deliver.
How is this different from ballchasing or a stats site?
Those show you what happened, accurately and in far more detail than a scoreboard. This reads your scoreboard and goal timeline, names the habit most likely behind them, and gives you a drill for it. They answer different questions and using both is reasonable.
